Tomato ketchup with garlic
Tomatoes should be ripe, sweet and tasty.
You will need: 3 kg of tomatoes, 300 g of onion, 100 g of garlic, 50 ml of vegetable oil, 50 ml of vinegar, 150 g of sugar, 1.5 tbsp. salt.
Preparation: Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Onions and garlic – peel and chop. Pass everything through a meat grinder, mix with sugar, salt, butter and boil for 20 minutes. Puree the workpiece with an immersion blender for greater uniformity and heat for another 2-3 minutes over low heat. Pour in the vinegar, mix and arrange in the prepared container. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it in a warm blanket for a day.
